Made a large order of the customized tie clips and they arrived when promised and they look beautiful in person. Super pleased and so were the Fathers of my church for Father’s Day. Will gladly order in the future.
When I ordered the tie clips, the shipping information told me that I would receive the tie clips before the wedding. They did not show up so two days before the wedding I had to reach out and was told that they did not get a shipment in of supplies. I was irritated because I had to email them about the delay instead of them emailing me so that I knew. I did not have the tie clips for the wedding. Delayed shipping happens all the time, that is not the problem, but communication to the customer to say that you are out of stock would be appreciated.
Arrived in a timely manner. Look very professional. No complaints
